The 5 Ts: A New Lens on Wealth
InvestaGators™ teaches financial literacy through the SEL (Social Emotional Learning) lens of life currencies kids already control. By showing them that their Time, Talent, Treasure, Tenderness (love, empathy, care), and Thunder (energy, drive, spark) are all forms of wealth, kids realize they already hold power, the Keys— if they choose to use them wisely. Mastering these 5 Ts becomes a gateway to mastering money itself and even life, in a way that feels all-encompassing, relatable, and spoken in their language.

Why We’re Different

Most financial literacy programs focus only on dollars and cents. But here’s the truth: for many kids, money isn’t just math — it’s tied to stress, scarcity, and even trauma. When you walk into a classroom and start with “budgets and bank accounts,” a lot of kids’ nervous systems go straight into fight, flight, or freeze. They can’t hear you, and worse, they might feel triggered.

InvestaGators™ changes that. We start with the Five Ts™ — Time, Talent, Treasure, Tenderness (care, love, empathy), and Thunder (spark, life force, uniqueness) — the currencies every child already has. This reframes money in a way that’s empowering and safe. Kids see that they are already rich in resources.

Then we add MoYo Literacy Yoga Fusion™ (Money Yoga) — a mind-body practice where students breathe in income, breathe out expenses, and playfully move through money concepts. This shifts them into a calm, parasympathetic state where learning sticks. Add in interactive games where kids escape the “swamp of debt,” and suddenly money is fun, engaging, and life-changing.
